CONSULTATION
We'll have an initial conversation to discuss your hopes, dreams, and budget for your new custom home. We understand it's a big decision and investment. So, we like to spend enough time with you to make sure we're the right partners to bring your vision to life.
THE WORK DAY
This unique step in our process allows us to work together to review materials, finishes, and zero in on exactly what you want in your new home. This will help you solidify your vision and give us everything we need to prepare your final estimate in detail.
ESTIMATE
Unlike most homebuilders, we provide an ultra-detailed estimate that shows costs down to each item, material, and finish. You won't have to guess where your budget is being spent, you'll have full transparency.
BREAK GROUND
We work with Architects, Engineers, and local permitting agencies to ensure all systems are go. Throughout the build, we remain hands on, using our hard-earned experience and know-how to guide every step of the project.
